GRANDMA’S SOUP is much more than delivery of healthy meals!

The deliciously layered fragrances of sweet fresh vegetables, mind-blowing odors, and stingy spices blend into mouthwatering fragrances of sautee shrimps, baked poultry, and mediterranean olive oil wherever GRANDMA’S SOUP is operating!

GRANDMA’S SOUP is an Evanston-based nonprofit founded by Chef Kaquana King in November 2011. Yes, it is a one-year-old organization that not only offers a truly irresistible cuisine, it also has a very admirable mission: delivering healthy meals while educating about holistic cooking.  What is holistic cuisine? Chef King explains it simply means cooking from scratch, and eating very lean without giving up the multifaceted pleasures of heavenly flavors!

The simplest way to use GRANDMA’S SOUP services is to order meals online at www.grandmassoup.org that will be delivered at your door. You’ll not only be surprised at the variety of the offers (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or more traditional recipes) but also at how reasonable the prices are! If you are seriously ill and can’t afford paying, GRANDMA’S SOUP has a program of free delivery! How great is that? Within her growing organization Chef Kaquana King also provides event catering service, teaches cooking classes, and offers holistic food coaching.
Though GRANDMA’S SOUP is still operating in a temporary kitchen, plans for the near future are big: Chef Kaquana King has laid her eyes on a storefront in Central Avenue, Evanston, just across the Mitchell Museum! Fundraisings will start soon!

Have you ever tried GRANDMA’S SOUP? maybe it’s time to give it a shot…!
