It is with great excitement that we are releasing our first mini-documentary in this new phase of Media 4 Community! As many of you may know, we used to be an independent project called Chicago 4 Community, and we have recently incorporated and expanded into Media 4 Community non-profit organization with a selection of new amazing programs: check out our new website to find out more!
The fact that COUNTRYSIDE ASSOCIATION for People with Disabilities opens this new exciting season at Media 4 Community is no coincidence. We really wanted something emotionally meaningful and very close to our mission to become the inaugural video of our ‘MINI-DOCUMENTARIES” series.
COUNTRYSIDE ASSOCIATION welcomed our filming crew with incredible warmth and open heart. We have fallen in love with these wonderful people – clients, staff, and volunteers – and this beautiful place in the countryside of Palatine. If you think that people with developmental disabilities cannot have a normal life and will always feel isolated and segregated, then WATCH OUR VIDEO on this little heaven where everything is tuned to the clients’ abilities, and everybody feels like they are happy and productive members of the society:
